Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice. Nin Tang really stood out as the best (Great personal website, many great and honest reviews). Nin is very hardworking and patient. She also speaks fluent Chinese! She did a lot of research. She always provides objective data regarding sold properties and listing situations on the market. As a local resident in the Lamorinda area, Nin knows everything about Lamorinda (Lafayette, Moraga, and Orinda) and the Fremont area, she provides a lot of local insights. With Ning's help, we bought our dream home without a crazy bidding war. Nin also helped us sell our house and she took extra steps that many other realtors don't. Nin is an amazing realtor. She brings great energy to the house hunting process. She is very knowledgable and puts great effort to map the client needs to the inventory out there. She made good use of the tools available at her disposal to identify the perfect property for us.
